Earth as portrayed in the story of Cadavard and real life.

Gaia
Lyra
Lyra isn't actually terraformed in Cadavard and couldn't in real life, but it's a fun concept to explore.
The Moon doesn't have enough gravity nor the size to retain an atmosphere strong enough to hold onto gas particles. Terraforming through the addition of gases alone wouldn't be enough. Creating an artificial magnetic field would be needed, otherwise solar winds would keep stripping away the artificial atmosphere. |
