Terms of Service

  • You’ve automatically agreed to my terms the moment you paid.
  • Take the time to read my terms thoroughly, as they’re subject to change at any time.
  • All characters and settings must be fictional in nature.
  • I have blacklisted users and topics. Take note of that under "General." Blacklisted users may not be sold/traded/gifted my designs and artworks. Dealing with them will result in your rights being revoked and yourself getting blacklisted.
  • I take PayPal only, paid upfront in USD. I do accept payment plans, but will only begin the commission once paid in full.
  • I do accept a trade of equal value. Ex: Buy me a 75$ game/model/fur/etc and in exchange, I’ll do one art or several that totals this 75$ value.
  • I issue refunds in full if I've not begun the artwork. Otherwise, I refund the amount of what I didn't do.
  • Commission/Trade can take several weeks before completion.
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission/trade requests that I'm not comfortable with.
  • Prices are base rate and may cost extra for complex designs/scenes.
  • While digital, several arts require me to go far for photography, get 3D models, and hunt references. My tools are varied.
  • Adult commissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • I retain copyright over the commissioned arts. This includes me posting the arts & progress to my galleries, websites, and promotions. The commissioner can save, reupload, share, and print the art for personal use (wallpapers, icons, etc), provided that credit is given. The commissioner cannot sell the artwork or derivatives (shirts, phone cases, etc) to make a commercial profit out of it, unless agreed upon.
  • By ordering graphic violence and/or sexual content from me, the commissioner agrees that they are 18 or older. You cannot commission such arts for someone that’s underage.
  • The commissioner must provide clear reference images or detailed descriptions of what they’d like me to draw. You’re welcome to be specific about poses, mood, expressions, environment details, and canvas size.
  • I will do edits free of charge if something happens to be my mistake or if the commissioner doesn’t request major changes.
  • If you’re unsure whether your commission fits my ToS, send me a message.
  • You agree to never use your commission/trade/gift for the use of Cryptocurrency and Artificial Intelligence ""arts.""

Will draw:

  1. ​Humans, anthros, non-human animals, and alien creatures.
  2. Plants, fungi, environments, cities, worlds, and planets.
  3. Original characters (OCs) & Fan characters (FCs).
  4. Graphic violence, blood/gore, torture, sadism, cannibalism, murder, carcass, and death.
  5. Self-harm, suicide, or incitement to suicide.
  6. Nudity, masturbation, and sex scenes, which can include multiple partners.
  7. Toy, oral, tentacle, futa, knot/tie, gender-bending, BDSM. Kink and fetish lists vary.
  8. Weirdly shaped genitals. (Say, double horse cocks on a chicken.)
  9. Incest, slave/chained, wound fucking, rape, non-consensual.

Will NOT draw:

  1. IRL pets & IRL people. (Not something I'm comfortable with.)
  2. Xenomorphs and overly complicated creatures. (Nothing wrong. I simply need practice for these.) XD
  3. Anything for the use of cryptocurrency, blockchain, bitcoin, NFTs, and the likes.
  4. Any content to be used for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications.
  5. Racism, sexism, bullying, discrimination, mockery, and satire.
  6. Politics, movements, Animal Rights, terrorism, religious extremism, and agendas, including symbols associated with said parties.
  7. Underage pornography or suggestive works involving minors.
  8. Bestiality. I'll only draw characters that are sapient with the ability to consent.
  9. Inflation, vore, micro/shrinking, necrophilia, water sports, vomit, fart/queef, scat, crushing.
  10. Anything involving Minecraft, Elder Scrolls/Skyrim, Elden Ring, ​Fortnite, and World of Warcraft.

Exceptions:

  • Friends & Family may have exception to my rules, having specific contracts.
Why would I draw morally wrong and repulsive subjects?
  1. IT'S FICTION. It's pseudoscience to believe fiction directly affects reality like the way people think video games cause mass shootings. The reality is far more complex than this 1:1 oversimplification. Loving an evil murderer or rapist character doesn't mean that you support what they do or that you will defend real life murderers and rapists. Enjoying feral nsfw of canids doesn't mean someone wants to fuck a real dog. Etc. (Unless the person does state otherwise, then it's another story.)
  2. A lot of abuse victims such as myself use/draw/write violent/sexual content as a coping mechanism since one has full control when it comes to their fictional world.
  3. I live on disability since I cannot work due to certain diagnoses. Being poor sucks. Every bits of money is helpful.

Blacklist

The following users have reasons why I won’t do artworks/designs/etc related to them/their works. Most are suicide-baiters, bullies, harassers, scammers, etc, and don't deserve any attention. No, I won't state my reasons publicly nor via private message. Don’t commission/trade with me for a gift art to said user, or fan work of their characters. Don’t buy a character design from me to give/trade/sell to these users. Etc. Have the courtesy do understand one artist not wanting to do business related to some folks.
